Isabella Plantation

This little stream meanders through the Isabella Plantation in Richmond Park, which is one of Greater London's Royal Parks. I was there recently with my granddaughter, crossing and recrossing it on the little wooden bridges placed there for visitors' delight. I don't know what these brilliant yellow flowers are called but they really make my picture, don't you think?

I love little streams and ponds surrounded by rock, earth and brush. Those flowers are gorgeous and give the entire spot some beautiful life. Wonderful photograph.

I love the flowers. My granddaughters favorite color. What a great job of taking the picture.

I really like places like this, especially with a small bridge. They give a good illusion of being out away from civilization without having to go very far. And a small stream makes such a relaxing sound.

Thaks Jo, imelda, Grampy and Ratty.
I'm glad I'm not alone in appreciation the beauty and serenity of the place.
