Oh, I'm supposed to be going to Luxor in February next year so I'm particularly interested to see these. It all looks very clean and spruce - is it?

Yes Jenny. They seem to work hard to keep the temples and tombs pristine. The town itself is more smelly, mainly because of the vast numbers of calashes pulled by horses. So you get a bit of a mix.
