Hi Jeffowenphotos. They are indeed great photos. I'm so sorry, I thought I had permission via the share alike license. Must have misunderstood. They do have your attribution, but I will of course remove them if you wish.
No, you don't have to remove it. My photos all have copyright tags but all I usually need is acknowledgement for photos used.
The problem was that this photo was used in a magazine without acknowledgement and I was chasing up their source and ended up here.
Please continue to use my photos.
