I really don't think there's anything better than a lovely empty beach like that. Give me that over hordes of people on silver sands any day!
It's great Sheila. Because it's inside Poole Harbour, not many people know about it, usually just locals and people on holiday in Rockly Park caravans. And the latter usually prefer to go to the stretch that starts at Sandbanks and runs for miles past Bournemouth.
