I've been writing about the city of York today, and I've just found a mass of photos of the famous York Minster released into the public domain by a couple of very generous photographers at Wikimedia Commons. Here is a small selection.

I shall be looking to use some of them as well in the A-Z challenge I am involved with. It will give me something to do for Y on Royal Wedding day. York is less than 40 miles from us; we visit regularly. There's a good second hand bookshop near the Minster where you can find interesting books.
