I wonder if that has just been put up there. I am sure I have never seen it before and I often walk past that spot. Or perhaps I am just unobservant! :)

Hi Jenny - The pic was taken in April 2011. I haven't been back to see it since then, but I wouldn't expect it has been moved.
Hi Joan - gald you like it. I didn't look for a sculptor when I took the pic, but I've been trying to discover more about it this week. No luck, so far.
